Since 2012, I have had the privilege of helping between 25-45 families a year with their real estate needs. These transactions are predominantly single family residences or land to build a custom house.

As a full-time Realtor® with access to the best data driven tools on the market- when used best I become your constant barometer on the marketplace which can confirm or deny the “news headlines”. The ultimate goal is to position my clients ahead of the market by creating logic driven approaches towards identifying opportunities within a house to make it a home.

While I can sell throughout Ohio, agents typically focus on being a local expert. My personal home is within the community of Madeira and I understand that market- front to back. As an avid runner and cyclist, I have learned surrounding areas intimately have annual sales within adjacent communities within the eastern side of Hamilton County and western Clermont County. If your home is outside of my “comfort zone”, I regularly bring in a local expert Realtor within Keller Williams to co-list the home to give you the best! My humble brag is that I bring humility to the conversation when I can not provide the answer.

Since I was a child, my parents used contractors and servicers which they had built rapport and trust. By default, I used those same people until they retired! If you’re looking for a contractor, architect, new construction- these are my recommendations! Most trades people have significant backlog of work and I would recommend scheduling months not weeks away from your hoped completion date.
