Owner will allow Pets and is on a case by case basis. Per application, it asks about type, weight and breed of pet. No need to weigh pets other than dogs.

This house has undergone a professional renovation of the kitchen and bathroom. The basement can be used for storage and has a washer and dryer for tenant use. Garage is an incredible amenity and can be a storage unit for your life in transition or can be a dry place to store your cars on a daily basis.

Home has waterproofed basement, but not suitable for living or daily use. Washer and dryer onsite provided by owner.
